Save the date for the Rogue Valley Catholic VBS 2025: June 23 - June 27

Come embark on an Alaskan adventure with Jesus, Mary, and the saints! True North VBS will guide students through the wilderness of Alaska, where they’ll learn to trust in Jesus as their compass in a wide world full of wonder. At True North VBS, kids will navigate God’s Word and discover the unshakable faith that lights the way!

PreK - 5^th grade students can participate
6^th - 12^th grade students and adults can volunteer

Be on the lookout for VBS Registration to open in April of 2025.

CAMPER INFORMATION

Campers: Children entering Preschool (age 4)* through 5th grade next school year. 
*Campers must be potty-trained, or a parent/guardian will need to volunteer for the entire week of VBS and be C.A.S.E. trained.

Campistas: Niños que ingresan a Preescolar (edad 4)* hasta 5to grado el próximo año escolar. *Los campistas deben ser entrenados en el baño, o un padre/tutor tendrá que ser voluntario durante toda la semana de VBS y ser entrenado por C.A.S.E.

Camper Fee: $20/camper, $60/Family Max 

[Limited number of scholarships available upon request.]  

Registration Dates: April 7th - June 13th
Registration accepted on a first-come, first-served basis (max 150 campers). Late registrations will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

VOLUNTEER INFORMATION

***YOUTH AND ADULT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! ~ ¡SE NECESITAN VOLUNTARIOS JÓVENES Y ADULTOS!***

Youth going into 6th grade and up. There is a job for everyone! Service hours available. ~ Jóvenes que van a 6º grado en adelante. ¡Hay trabajo para todos! Horario de servicio disponible.

Adult volunteers will need to be C.A.S.E. trained. For instructions on getting C.A.S.E. trained, please contact Chris Bates for more information. There will be a training held on June 17th from 6-8PM; child care will be available. ~ Los voluntarios adultos necesitarán ser entrenados en C.A.S.E. Para obtener instrucciones sobre cómo entrenar a C.A.S.E. por favor contacte a Chris Bates para obtener más información. Habrá un entrenamiento que se llevará a cabo el 17 de junio de 6-8PM; cuidado infantil estará disponible.

Volunteers will also need to complete a Registration Form (contact information and Volunteer Registration Box) and Medical Release Form.  All volunteers who register by May 23rd will receive a FREE t-shirt. ~ Los voluntarios también tendrán que completar un Formulario de Registro (información de contacto y Caja de Registro de Voluntarios) y un Formulario de Liberación Médica. Volunteer Meeting: Thursday, June 19th from 6:30-7PM OR Friday, June 20th from 9-10 AM. Reunión de voluntarios: jueves 19 de junio de 6:30 a 7 p.m. O viernes 20 de junio de 9 a 10 a.m.

All VBS Forms may be dropped off to the Our Lady of the Mountain, Sacred Heart, or Shepherd of the Valley parish offices c/o VBS, or be emailed to [email protected].  ~  Todos los formularios de VBS pueden dejarse en las oficinas parroquiales de Nuestra Señora de la Montaña, Sagrado Corazón o Pastor del Valle c/o VBS, o enviarse por correo electrónico a [email protected].

Closing Ceremony: Friday, June 30th at 11:30AM Sacred Heart Catholic School gymnasium
